Centrifugal force + Maglev

Centrifugal force is the most productive resource to blast anything from a point center to the entire space. Usually, things like that can be done by centrifuges or fans. However, the spinning top is, in some way, an even more powerful fan. I wonder if I can use the speed of the spinning top to increase the efficiency of an air freshener.

It doesn't need much electricity, complicated machinery, expensive replacement parts, or much effort to operate. All you need to do is just holding your fingers and spin it. The spinning top and the base is an entire magnetic levitation system. Spinning in the air keeps the friction to a minimum which allows the spinning top spins for a long time with a high speed. The spinning top can spin air freshener gas particles at thousands of revolutions per minute.
